Old Fashioned Frontier Red '07, '08: Red table wine produced from 100% locally grown Valiant Grapes descended from Labrusca wild grapes of eastern North America, and Riparia wild grapes growing in Wisconsin and Minnesota, making a hearty wine similar to wines made by our pioneer ancestors from wild grapes still growing on local hillsides and river bottomland. Serve with cold meats, pork, beef or venison.
Hunters Blend '07, '08: Red table wine produced from the blending of estate-grown grapes planted on steep bluffs overlooking the Mississippi River valley, including Frontenac, St. Croix, Marquette and Prairie Star. Serve with red or dark meats, wild game, sausages, stews and heavy sauce dishes.

Ardella's Rose '08: Table wine produced from 100% locally grown Frontenac, La Crosse, Frontenac Gris and Edelweiss grapes. Named after Ardella Nilles, who lived all her life on her families' farms, five miles west of Seven Hawks Vineyards, making wild grape and berry foods and wines throughout her ninety years of robust life.
