Wine Club membership includes:
  • Two different selected bottles of our wine shipped to your home each month
  • Tasting notes and food pairings with each shipment
  • Original recipes from professional chefs Martha and Dan Sipma with each shipment
  • News from Seven Hawks Vineyards with each shipment
  • After six consecutive monthly shipments, you will receive a free $50 gift certificate to our Hawks View Cottages and Lodges (The Lodges are located among our vineyards)
  • After twelve consecutive monthly shipments, you will receive the next monthly shipment free, including shipping and handling
  • Prices for your wines will be the same as those charged at our Fountain City Tasting room, plus shipping and handling costs

    • We would love to have you visit us in Fountain City whenever possible, but wine club membership will enable you to enjoy new wines shipped directly to your front door each month. Of course, you can cancel your membership at any time if you need to.
