Cottages and Lodges: General Policies

Arrivals/Departures: 4:00PM/11:00 AM. Check in at the Monarch Public House, 19 No. Main St., Fountain City, WI. (Effective 1 July : Check-in at the Seven Hawks Vineyards Tasting Room and Wine Bar, 17 North St. Fountain City, WI. 608-687-9463) Minimum reservation: All cottages and lodges require a Friday-Saturday minimum weekend reservation August through October. In addition, Blackhawk Lodge requires a Friday-Saturday minimum weekend reservation May through October.

Cottage Cancellations: There will be a $30 processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are subject to forfeiture of full deposit. Lodge Cancellations: There will be a 10% processing fee ($30 minimum) for all lodge cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are subject to forfeiture of full deposit.

No Smoking/Excessive Wear and Tear Policy: Please enjoy smoking in the outside areas only. Smoking inside the cottages or lodges, or excessive wear and tear on the premises, may result in additional charges to your credit card. Children: Hawks View Cottages may not be best suited for children. The grounds are very steep, heavily wooded, and wild. If you visit with children, please supervise them at all times.

Deposits: Advance 50% deposit required on all reservations. Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. Motorcycles: For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate motorcycles at our hillside cottage site, and parking cycles off-site will not be an acceptable alternative. Thanks for your understanding.
